Insurance

At this time, I operate out of network with insurance companies. Insurance companies require disclosure of highly personal information and restrict the number of therapy sessions. With respect to confidentiality and in keeping with the integrity of the therapy process, I have decided to operate out of network. If you intend to use your insurance for therapy, please confirm approval of me as an out-of-network provider. If you are with a company that operates as a PPO, they will most likely pay 50% subject to your deductible. I will provide you with the documentation that you will need for reimbursement. 

Fees

My fee is $150.00 per session. I require payment at the end of each session unless we have discussed an alternative arrangement. Cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
